The 4-Discipline Stack
Why enterprise architecture, platform engineering, data and applied GenAI compound through a shared substrate — or don’t compound at all. With case studies from regulated industries.
GenAI in regulated environments: the nine controls
Between a demo and audited production. Mapped to NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and OWASP LLM Top 10. Practical sequencing for a 90-day ship.
DevSecOps stopped being about Sec
Why the highest-leverage 2026 security work is supply chain, workload identity and policy-as-code — not the AppSec consolidation the vendor market is selling.
Platform engineering as the AI delivery moat
Hands-on workshop. Map your platform readiness against AI delivery. Walk away with a 90-day substrate-investment plan.

Topics I’ll go deep on, with examples ready:
- The 4-Discipline Stack: why the seam between EA, platform, data and AI is where moats live.
- Regulated GenAI: how to ship LLM features that survive a regulator visit, drawing from APRA CPS 230/234, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001.
- The supply chain pivot: what XZ Utils, Snowflake, Polyfill and CrowdStrike changed for enterprise security in 2026.
- The encoded enterprise architect: why TOGAF is the manual, not the job.
- Australian regulatory clock: what changed in the last 18 months that most boards haven’t mapped yet.
